FAILE (Pronounced "fail") is an artistic collaboration between Patrick Miller (born 1976) and Patrick McNeil (born 1975) based in Brooklyn, established in 1999. They have been known for a multimedia practice recognizable for its investigations of duality through a fragmented style and collages.

Printmaking and painting are central to FAILE's approach, however, for the past ten years the team adopted new techniques and materials, such as window pallets and wooden boxes to more installations, stencils, sculptures, and prayer wheels. Their work often blurs the line between "high" and "low" culture, but recently they emphasize on a critique of consumerism, audience participation, and the incorporation of religious media, architecture, and site-specific/archival research into their work.
