On Friday (National Donut Day), Ketnipz greeted over 200 fans with donuts after pulling up in custom-wrapped “Bean” Volkswagen Beetle. Ketnipz and The Art Plug then released a new donut print with lifestyle art publisher Monsieur Marcel, capping off a day filled with donuts. On Saturday, the team was back at it early, opening their doors to another line of people eager to check out the artist’s new works and collaborations. All original paintings were sold out by the end of the weekend.
KETNIPZ NYC POP-UP
NEW YORK, New York – On June 1st and 2nd 2018, The Art Plug, AndAgain, and Ketnipz collaborated for a special pop-up event filled with original & limited edition art, exclusive merchandise, and donuts! Hundreds of fans lined an entire New York city block in anticipation for the pop-up which opened its doors at 5pm on Friday and closed Saturday evening at 393nyc (393 Broadway Avenue, New York, NY 10013). Fans and art enthusiasts of all ages waited for their chance to meet the man behind “The Bean”, with people coming in-and-out of the building all weekend.
